Admiral’s Deck Sponsors
Our Host Port Sponsors are referred to as our Admiral’s Deck. Benefits for this package include a catered deck hire aboard a Class A ship; placement of a trainee aboard a Tall Ship in a race leg; quayside information or sales booth; promotion of company branding on event signage and advertising; dedicated blogs and promotional broadcasts on the live online event streaming service; and VIP invitations to social events, Opening Ceremony, Sponsor Reception and Captains' Dinner.
Captain’s Deck Sponsors
Our Captain’s Deck sponsors are publicly announced as our Host Port Associates. Additional benefits include a catered deck hire aboard a Class A ship, promotion through brand awareness to 10,000 visitors and additional online audiences every day during the event; blogs and advertorial content though social channels and live streaming service; and VIP invitations to social events, Opening Ceremony, Sponsor Reception and Captains' Dinner.
Officer’s Deck Sponsors
Officer’s Deck sponsors are credited as Host Port Supporters and receive a package of benefits which include the right to use the official Tall Ships Races branding alongside their own promotional materials; a drinks reception aboard a Class B ship; promotional blog through Shetland Tall Ships social channels and advertising opportunities on the live streaming service; invitations to headline concerts, Sponsor Reception and Opening Ceremony.
Cadet’s Deck
A dedicated press release will be issued announcing Cadet Deck sponsors who will be included on the website sponsor listings page. The business will also benefit from a published blog dedicated to the promotion of their services and support of the event; inclusion of company branding on selected event signage and inclusion in the printed programme; and invitation to headline concerts, Sponsor Reception and Opening Ceremony.
Extras
There are additional opportunities to support the event financially in return for specific benefits and services – these can be purchased individually or added to a standard sponsorship package to suit requirements.
- Main Event Site Sponsor: Branded gateway entry point to key event site and additional VIP passes to headline concerts and private bar. (limited availability) .
- Professional pre-recorded advert broadcast daily on live streaming service during the event to a worldwide audience.
- Deck hire aboard a Class A or Class B ship.
- Deck hire catering.
- Trainee passage aboard a Tall Ship during race leg (age 15-25) or Cruise in Company (no age limit) Subject to ship capacity and availability.
- Quayside information or sales stand on event site.
- Advertising in printed event programme.
