Spaniel is
a Bm Sloop constructed from white GRP. Registered in Latvia and with a homeport of Riga, Spaniel is a Class C ship which was launched in 1979. Since 1997 Spaniel has been privately owned and used specifically for sail training Latvian youngsters, the vessel can accommodate 6 trainees and 6 crew. With a gross tonnage of 14.5 and a hull measuring 17.06 metres, this one masted ship has been involved in the Tall Ships Races in 2016, 2018, 2019 & 2022, as well as the Rendez-Vous Tall Ships Regatta in 2017.
