Urania 
is a Class D Bm Ketch from The Netherlands, which was launched in 2004. The name Urania comes from Greek mythology where Urania was the muse of astronomy, her motto being "vigilance without fear." The vessel which has a home port in Den Helder, has a white steel hull, measures 23.40 metres in length and weighs 80 tonnes. The sail number is NED 31 and the ship can carry 3 permanent crew and 12 trainees.
